Kevin has been an entrepreneur for more than 10 years. He is also a former adjunct professor at Chapman University where he taught entrepreneurship. Kevin’s background mostly includes scaling tech startups; two reached $7M ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) and $31M ARR during his tenure. Kevin's work has been on CNBC, Forbes, HuffPost, NYT, LA Times, Xinhua News, Korea Times and many more.  He is also a published author and has written for various media outlets such as Forbes, Inc. Magazine, CNBC, etc. 

 

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Kevin worked at Merrill Lynch, E*Trade Financial, and William O’Neil as a stock research analyst and as a stock trader. Kevin earned his B.S. in Business Administration at the University of California, Riverside and an MBA at the University of Chicago. 

Jeremy Salvador is a testifying expert witness and partner of Miod and Company, LLP where he has been specializing in forensic accounting for family law and civil litigation since 2009. Mr. Salvador regularly prepares damage computations, business valuations, income available for support reports, arrearage calculations, tracings, community property balance sheets, apportionment analyses, and tax strategies. He has qualified and testified as an accounting expert witness in the Los Angeles County, Santa Barbara County, and Riverside County Superior Courts.

Mr. Salvador has experience in complex disputes including matters related to divorce,  forensic accounting, business  valuation, and business fraud investigations across a wide range of industries.

Bernice Wu is a partner at Miod and Company, LLP. She has been specializing in forensic accounting for family law and civil litigation since 2014. Mrs. Wu regularly prepares damage computations, business valuations, income available for support reports, arrearage calculations, tracings, community property balance sheets, and apportionment analyses.
